The Delmonico Room at the Hotel Fauchere features contemporary interpretations of classic cuisine. The hotel's rich culinary history started in 1867, when Chef Louis Fauchere of Delmonico's fame in New York permanently moved to Milford, Pennsylvania. Louis Fauchere's innovative cuisine & stylish inn keeping was a hit here, the hotel remained in the Fauchere family until 1976.
Today Chef David Koromi and his talented staff continue the tradition, marrying Chef Louis' classic cuisine & high standards of quality with today's tastes.
