True features contemporary flair softened by subtle cool colors, unique architectural details such as floating ceiling panels a calming waterfall at the restaurants entrance and walls that boast modern art highlighted by local artists, by night the candle lit room creates a relaxing environment for both formal and informal occasions. Chef True describes his style as New American and prepares his menu using both modern and French techniques while utilizing fresh local ingredients throughout a daily changing menu of which may be complemented by over 200 wine selections from our 1200 bottle cellar. Specialty cocktails and a broad beer selection are also available. The restaurant also contains a private dining room of which holds a maximum of 30 people perfect for private dinners, cocktail parties or business meetings.
