Review on Blue Junction

One of the most stylish and sophisticated destinations in Morden, Blue Junction combines the buzz of a funky cocktail bar with the attributes of an informal restaurant specialising in broadly based Indian cuisine.

At lunchtime, the kitchen delivers express meals, wraps and a few café/pub stalwarts (jacket potatoes, sandwiches, burgers, fishcakes) alongside great-value two-course 'food fest' menus from the Sub-continent. In the evening, attention shifts to a full repertoire of Indian restaurant dishes - including sizzling tandoori platters, biryanis, classic curries and regional specialities such as Hyderabadi keema peas and Keralan king prawn moilee cooked in spiced coconut milk. Note that the bar is open until the early hours on Friday and Saturday.
