Review on Le BARESTOVINO
Le Barestovino is a stylish restaurant offering a combination of three rooms for wining and dining. It has a bright bar full of nooks and crannies in the entrance area, a wine cellar that looks like a catacomb and an elegant yet unpretentious restaurant at the back with a display of artistic photographs. The staff are dedicated and celebrate cooking as an art form. For example, you can have cucumber and dill soup with salmon, red mullet with an artichoke and tomato risotto, and for dessert woodruff crème brûlée served with strawberry sorbet. The staff are straightforward and friendly and go down well with the upmarket and sophisticated clientele. Wine plays an important part in the proceedings.
