In this case, Fenwicks on Northumberland Street is the beneficiary, and the slick first-floor Café 21 offers just the thing if you are looking for a 'mid-morning caffeine kick, comforting lunch, perfect salad or a wicked slice of indulgence with your afternoon tea'.
