Chef Jason Grant changes the eclectic menu every day, adding what is finest and freshest from the local farms and purveyors. The secret of Katie's is in the simple preparation of the freshest ingredients. Known for its delightful appetizers, salads and soups, Katie's divides it entrees into small plates and large plates. Each is an entree-sized portion. The small plates are more in the European tradition where the entree follows an appetizer, soup, and a salad; while the large plates are more in the American tradition where the entree can dominate the meal.
