The Gasthof Adler in Tennenbronn offers top quality Baden cuisine. The food is light and tasty - typical country cuisine with a modern touch. As far as possible, all the ingredients are locally sourced. The restaurant makes a conscious effort not to use ingredients imported from overseas. For example, the meat comes from German pork, such as Swabian Hall. The venison is sourced from the surrounding woods. In the autumn, the menu also offers moufflon from Tennenbronn and freshly caught trout. The restaurant now offers dishes that are 100 per cent organic. All the ingredients used for organic dishes – including all spices – are sourced from regulated organic farming.
