Review on Hotel-Restaurant Hellfeld
The restaurant in the Hotel Hellfeld in the Mecklenburg Lake District offers you good home-cooked German cuisine. The menu offers you ever changing choice, such as cream of tomato soup with a cream and basil topping, braised pike perch fillet with leaf spinach on a bed of carrots and leaks with decoratively shaped potatoes in a white wine sauce, and to finish a raspberry sundae with double chocolate and fruit sauce. In good weather you can sit on the sun terrace with a nice cup of coffee and a freshly baked pastry from the kitchen. Everything is made from traditional home-made recipies. Amazing! In the evening you are invited into the winter garden to enjoy a juicy steak from the grill, with a beautiful view that reaches as far as Neubrandenburg, or in the other direction, looks over the Tollense-valley. For those who wish to explore the surrounding area either before or after a meal, you will find many worthwhile places to visit, such as the Mecklenburg Lake District and the city of Neubrandenburg, or book a return flight from the nearby airport of Neubrandenburg-Trollenhagen.
