Review on Fosh Kitchen
Michelin-starred chef Marc Fosh has replaced his informal dining restaurant Misa with Kitchen Fosh. Tucked away in a quiet side street in what was Palma's oldest and most famous patisseries Can Frasquet, the restaurant showcases Mediterranean dishes with a focus on seasonal and healthy ingredients. The restaurant is decorated in a palette of neutral colours, with the added bonus of an outside terrace for leisurely al fresco dining during summer months.
For starters you might be tempted by cold cannelloni filled with chicken mousse with roasted tomato consommé, followed by a main course of salmon with roasted cauliflower and garlic-tahini sauce or porchetta with sweet potato puree and mushroom confit. To finish expect sweet offerings like cheese mousse with caramelized figs or vanilla millefeuille served with red berries.
