Safra 21 can be found in Cuidad Jardin, known as the Garden City to the east of Palma, a short stroll from the promenade and the sheltered bay of Cala Gamba. The restaurant has a smart contemporary décor with well-spaced tables and interesting artwork featured on the walls.

The restaurant offers two concepts, lunchtimes the kitchen serves Arrocería, traditional and innovative rice dishes from recipes that have been in the Mayol family for over twenty years, and in the evenings is it transformed into Bistronomic, when they serve gourmet dishes at reasonable prices. Typical offerings on the tasting menu could be carpaccio of octopus and duck ham on mixed green leafs with essence of Modena, followed by main courses of suckling pig filled with truffles or sea bass and ragout of French Beans. To close the show there are desserts such as iced toffee parfait with gingerbread and Amaretto ice cream or fresh fruit salad with green cardamom, anis and vodka, vanilla ice cream.
