Review on Les Fils à Maman
Les Fils à Maman which means "Mummy's boys" can be found in the 9th arrondissement of Paris between the Folies Bergère and the Palace. Founded by four friends, this place sets out to provide delicious homemade French cooking which will 'take you back to your childhood'. Inside the décor is cosy and inviting with a relaxed ambience.
Etienne Liberge who was trained by Michel Rostang is the chef and his menu consists of family recipes to which he adds his own touch of modern creativity. However, once a month, the mothers of the four owners are invited to the kitchen to cook their own specialities and this always proves to be a very popular occasion with regulars. There are regular theme evenings during the week such as wine tasting and barbeques.
