Review on Inagiku
The Inagiku Japanese restaurant is located just steps away from Notre Dame in the heart of Paris in the 5th arrondissement. This is an elegant but simple setting with the dining room featuring stone walls which are decorated with several traditional Japanese Noh masks.
The menu focuses on teppanyaki style of cooking where the chef with his belt of knives and great showmanship prepares your dish in front of you on an iron plate. There are a dozen different teppanyaki menus to choose from which will allow you to sample variations of this cuisine and you could have the choice of grilled prawns, mussels, or chicken, salmon, duck, or beef tenderloin, marbled steak, duck and foie gras, all served with sautéed vegetables and plain rice.
