Review on Bouillon Racine
The Bouillon Racine is a famous brasserie located in the district of the celebrated Parisian university of the Sorbonne. Created in the art nouveau style by the Chartier brothers in 1906, the interior has been painstakingly renovated to its former glory and is now a designated historic building.
The kitchen works to a mixture of a modern and traditional French menu with specialities such as stuffed milk pig, the original Café Liégeois or crème brûlée flavoured with maple syrup. The impressive Bouillon Racine takes you on an evocative journey back to the Paris of the 1900s. It is also a popular venue for private parties and wedding receptions.
