Review on Evi Evane
Evi Evane is a charming Greek restaurant situated in the the heart of the historic left bank district in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. This 17th century building is just steps away from the Saint Sulpice square and will transport you to ancient Greece in a classical dining room complete with wooden beams and stone walls.
Ntina Nikolaou owner and chef is a famous TV chef back in Greece and is the author of several cookbooks. Her cuisine is traditional Greek and ingredients are sourced with care for their quality and purity to produce creative dishes inspired by the different regions of Greece. You might find on the menu succulent leg of lamb stuffed with kasserie cheese or feta polenta followed by dried figs stuffed with goat's cheese with mulled Samos wine syrup for dessert.
