A pianist and violinist provide classic French music whilst the Chef and his kitchen team prepare traditional French dishes based on fresh market produce.

During the lunchtime cruise you can opt between 3 different services including the Premier Service which entitles you to a round table at the bow of the boat. There is a varied selection of starters, main courses and desserts where you could be enjoying dishes such as a casserole of snails and asparagus followed by salmon with Nicoise vegetable confit and finished off with an apricot tartlet.

Evenings provide a magical experience, with a more longer two and a half hour cruise which includes a singer and a trio of musicians as well as a refined menu including dishes like duck foie gras with girolle mushrooms, almonds and pepper jelly, grilled duck breast and candied fruit parfait.
