Review on Dessirier
Dessirier, located in 17th arrondissement of Paris is one of the Michelin starred chef Michael Rostang restaurants. Previously an oyster house since 1883, Rostang took it over in 1996 when it was completely renovated and now displays works of art such as the painting Palin and Me by Serge Mendijisky, and a bronze called The Trombones by Arman. Fresh seafood is the name of the game and there is a wide choice to choose from together with seasonal specialities such as scallops and sea urchins.
