Review on Gaya Rive Gauche par Pierre Gagnaire

Situated in the 7th arrondissement of Paris this is world renowned chef Pierre Gagnaire's seafood restaurant. This fashionable minimalist restaurant has been designed by Christian Ghion with seaweed motif tables, a fish-scale carpet and a bar for solo diners. Dishes are served in small potions of modern, perfectly executed and artfully displayed food such as carpaccio of sea bass with snails or cod medallions in a martini glass with soba noodles and grapefruit. Moving on, choose langoustine with semolina or maybe monkfish tandoori with turnips and honey cream and finishing with the delectable gâteau au chocolat.
