L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, a two star Michelin restaurant in the Pont Royal Hotel is located in the heart of the left bank of Paris in the famous Saint-Germain-des-Près district. In 2003, Joël Robuchon created a new dining concept in Paris featuring a grazing menu of tapas style dishes. The dining area designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon is a simple concept featuring red leather high stools around a bar, where you can watch the open kitchen at work. This is fine modern cuisine with a well chosen wine list and several options are available by the glass.
