Cafe Prunier is located in the the prestigious Place de la Madeleine in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. It was opened by Jacques Grange and is on the first floor above Boutique Prunier where you can purchase supplies of the famous Balik salmon, caviar and vodka. It specialises in seafood and food gourmets everywhere will be impressed by the beautifully presented dishes. The ambience in the the modern contemporary restaurant is relaxed and refined.

There are choices of set menus apart from the a la carte menu which might feature the Balik salmon, a recipe of 25 stages that dates back to Imperial Russia over 150 years ago. Other dishes could include gazpacho of tomatoes with crab or fresh caviar and for dessert there is Crêpes Suzette or macaroon with chocolate and cacao sorbet.
