Review on La Marée
La Marée restaurant which means the tide, specialises in seafood and having been taken over by a new team in 2009 it remains one of the best fish restaurants in Paris. Its location makes it convenient for the Champs Elysées, the Place des Ternes and the Cathédrale Saint-Alexandre-Newski.
La Maree has a cosy atmosphere with a classic décor of wood panelling, yellow and red striped banquettes, Louis XV chairs and seascape artwork on the walls. Ingredients are sourced with care from the local markets to ensure the highest quality and there is an exceptional wine list.
