Le 39V restaurant is located on the 6th floor of a Haussmann building in the heart of the Golden Triangle in Paris. A private elevator will whisk you up to the restaurant with its chic contemporary décor and and a circular space, affording a spectacular 360 degree rooftop view of the city of Paris. There is a small leafy terrace, bordered by a vegetable garden, perfect for pre or post dinner drinks.

Chef, proprietor is Frédéric Vardon who made his name working alongside acclaimed French chef Alain Ducasse for fourteen years. Michelin-starred Vardon makes good use of natural and organic ingredients for his seasonal neoclassical menu, accompanied by a first-class wine list.
