Review on Tante Louise

Tante Louise located in the heart of Paris, near the Place de la Concorde and Galeries Lafayettes is part of the Bernard Loiseau's group of restaurant. The art deco interior has been carefully renovated to give the dining room a bright, sunny atmosphere, with stained glass features, large mirrors and pictures adorning the walls and colourful stripped curtains at the windows.

The kitchen proposes a traditional French cuisine with contemporary flair, that takes inspiration from the Burgundy region. Typically you might begin with duck foie gras, with wine and honey, followed by calf's kidney and mashed potato and finishing with a dark chocolate soufflé. The menu is revamped on a regular basis in consultation with Michelin starred chef, Patrick Bertron from the Relais Bernard Loiseau. Service is attentive and discreet and the wine list includes some fine burgundies.
