Open since September 2008, The Peekskill Brewery is a brewpub, restaurant and beer bar located on the Riverfront Green in Peekskill, New York. While brewing up its own creative and seasonal beers, the brewery also offers guests drafts and bottles from fine craft breweries. The Peekskill Brewery's collection of single malt Scotches and boutique wine list are an extension of its carefully crafted beer list. The main main menu is accompanied by a seasonal tasting menu that changes frequently. Favourite dishes include the PB Burger, Chef's selection of oysters, steak frites, vegetarian Plate and mussels.
