Chef-owner Ad?n Saavedra combines Mexican ingredients with French cooking techniques to produce dishes that are refined, elegant, beautiful and full of flavor without the heat of spice. We will, of course, gladly accommodate those who prefer more chile heat!
Our extensive dessert selection changes often and is completely house-made. Chocolate-orange layer cake and white chocolate cajeta cheesecake are usually available, as is a broad array of sorbets made with fresh fruit. There are special items for more adventurous diners, including an incendiary mango-habanero sorbet.
