The tasting menus designed by Blue Hill at Stone Barns' kitchen celebrates the seasons and the best ingredients the Hudson Valley has to offer.

The restaurant is elegant. Jackets and ties are preferred for gentlemen. Shorts are not allowed in the restaurant or on the terrace. For the comfort of all their guests, flash photography is not permitted in the main dining room.
