Ayhan's Fish-Kebab Restaurant in Port Washington serve a fusion cuisine of the best seafood dishes from Turkey, Greece, Israel, and other Mediterranean regions that provides one of the world's healthiest, most flavourful and well balanced diets. They prepare whole grilled fish in the traditional Mediterranean style by basting with extra virgin olive oil and searing in the juices on a very hot open flame grill. The menu includes home made appetisers and traditional fresh fish dishes like baked Chilean seabass, stuffed Flounder Athenian and their acclaimed Mediterranean bouillabaisse. They are also famous for their lobster specials, filet mignon kebab and grilled shrimp dishes.
