Dine in restaurant Es Romaní and enjoy a wide variety of Mediterranean and international specialities prepared by Chef Martin Schattenberg. Favourites include carpaccio of red tuna with oriental seasoning served with a curry of Sóller oranges and frozen olive oil, marinated duck foie covered with bitter chocolate served with a smoked almond pannacotta and a champagne rosé jelly or terrine of octopus and sour cream with "Escalibada" salad with rosewater aroma and gazpacho sorbet to kick off with followed maybe with "Tramuntana" lamb carré marinated with pomegranate, served with roasted herb crust, a light chocolate & chilli jus, okra and oriental cous cous or supreme of pigeon with a mild garlic and coriander flavour served with tandoori purée, ginger carrots and a yellow pepper and cardamom emulsion.
For desserts you may be tempted by cold chocolate and peppermint soup with poppy seed sponge and cherry sorbet or crème Brûlée "leger" with lavender essence served with orange sorbet and look out for the fixed price Sunday Jazz Brunch.
