Review on Restaurant Attisholz Gaststube
Restaurant Attisholz Gaststube is located in a former health spa in Riedholz, one of two restaurants in the venue that opened on the 4th August 2000. It is owned by husband and wife team Regula and Michelin starred chef Jörg Slaschek. The Gastsube has a warm and welcoming ambience with its cross vaulted ceiling which is over 300 years old. Offering both a lunchtime and evening menu in the refined lounge of this Swiss restaurant, you will find modern dishes offering variation and diversity, which is all part of the philosophy of the kitchen.
Cordon Bleu creations such as turbot with saffron mousse and freshly picked wild garlic, Bison 'black & white' with baby peas and vegetables, or Catalan curd mousse with Gianduja (sweet chocolate containing about 30% hazelnut paste), and wild blueberries are served from the kitchen. The menu choice changes according to the time of year and the fresh produce available at the time. In addition to the seasonal dishes on the menu, there is also a specials menu served every lunchtime in the guest lounge, and a business lunch is available, which changes on a weekly basis.
As an alternative to the Gastube you can choose Le Feu, their fine dining restaurant which has been awarded a Michelin star.
