Owned by husband and wife team Regula and Jörg Slaschek, he mans the stoves and she very charmingly looks after front of house in this very elegant restaurant.

Variation and diversity are all part of the philosophy of the Attisholz and seasonal menus offering ingredients of the highest quality and known provenance are created by the kitchen. Chef Jörg Slaschek proposes a French menu, bringing a touch of class and invention to the kitchen and his cooking is shot through with modern ideas and a loyalty to the seasons.
