Having moved from its original old mill location in 2009, the Michelin Starred Es Moli Den Bou is now situated in the Hotel Protur Sa Coma Playa between Cala Morlanda and Cala Millor. The uber chic modern restaurant portrays a simple backdrop to showcase the 'New Mallorcan' cuisine of Chef Tomeu Caldentey.
An ever evolving menu based on what's fresh and seasonal may open with crab filled cannelloni, with apple and yoghurt or scallops with foie gras and vegetable chop suey before the main event which may feature cod with mushrooms and asparagus, veal cheeks with strawberries or maybe young goat with cheese and rosemary. Finish with CaŽn PinxoŽs ice cream or baked apple with vanilla and spices.
The wine list is a testament to the great and famous of Mallorca's wine producers while also giving an acknowledgement to the rest of Spain.
