Review on Le Bocca
Le Bocca is a bright modern restaurant in the quiet village of Saint Blaise in the canton of Neuchatel. Chef proprietor Claude Frôté has owned this restaurant since 1986 and his creative French cuisine has earned him a Michelin star, as well as 17 points in the Gault Millau restaurant guide. There is a prestigious wine cellar of nearly 25,000 bottles including some remarkable Chardonnay from the vineyards of the domaine Frôté family, which he runs with his brother on the north shore of Lake Biel. Service is notably attentive and professional adding to the whole dining experience.
