Auberge de la Veveyse is a modern yellow and blue building, a former coaching house in the village of Saint Légier on the road to Bern, half-way between Blonay and Châtel-Saint-Denis. This lovely restaurant with its elegant décor is run by Michelin starred chef Jean-Sébastien Ribette and his partner Sahondra Verdan, who charmingly manages her efficient team.

French born Jean-Sébastien takes inspiration from impeccable regional market-fresh ingredients for his traditional and inventive cuisine. His surprise menu featuring beautifully displayed dishes is decided upon daily, according to seasonal produce. In the summer you can dine al fresco on the terrace in the shade of the magnificent lime trees.
