Restaurant Moli des Torrent is located in the peaceful little village of Santa Maria del Cami, bordered by the dramatic Tramuntana Mountain range that's been awarded Unesco World Heritage status. This beautiful restaurant is set in an old mill which has been extensively restored to strict conservation guidelines. The interior welcomes guests in a warm and inviting space, with a charming courtyard garden for diners to sit back and unwind during summer months.

Manning the stoves is chef patron Peter Himbert, while his wife Herta attentively looks after front of house, offering a genuine warmth to the proceedings. Using the highest quality and freshest ingredients, German born Himbert showcases rich, imaginative cooking with dishes artfully displayed. As the area around the village is well known throughout the island for the excellent quality of its wines and liqueurs, you can expect a fine choice of local wines, together with offerings from the mainland. For beer lovers the restaurant has Dom Kölsch on tap.
