Restaurant Adelboden in Schlagstrasse is idyllically situated amongst majestic alpine mountains and pastures, an elegantly designed restaurant that has maintained its traditional charm and warmth. There are three cosy rooms and a sheltered terrace with panoramic views, including the picturesque Lake Lauerz.
It is run by a very skilled husband and wife team, Franz and Ruth Wiget, he heads the kitchen and she is in charge of the attentive and professional service. Franz takes inspiration and ingredients from the region to create classic French culinary delights, which has achieved two Michelin stars and 18 points in the prestigious Gault Millau Guide.
