Open the slate with fresh scallops with a pesto-ginger sauce, served with mixed salad leaves and jellied tomato or traditional gazpacho with a skewer of vegetables, marinated in Sóller orange & lemon juice before giving attention to perhaps a rack of local lamb, served with comfit potatoes and a green pepper puree and a wild berry sauce or fillet of gilthead (bream) with Swiss chard raviolis and Mallorcan vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes and a fennel vinaigrette.
The wine list is world class with some serious Spanish heavyweights and a good Mallorcan selection.
