Ca'n Blau is the flagship restaurant of the Gran Hotel Sóller, a magnificent building and a depiction of the architecture of Soller in the XIX Century. With an eclectic fusion of Mediterranean recipes and other gourmet delicacies, together with a vast wine cellar and impeccable service, Ca'n Blau 'guarantee' you an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Open the slate with fresh scallops with a pesto-ginger sauce, served with mixed salad leaves and jellied tomato or traditional gazpacho with a skewer of vegetables, marinated in Sóller orange & lemon juice before giving attention to perhaps a rack of local lamb, served with comfit potatoes and a green pepper puree and a wild berry sauce or fillet of gilthead (bream) with Swiss chard raviolis and Mallorcan vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes and a fennel vinaigrette.

The wine list is world class with some serious Spanish heavyweights and a good Mallorcan selection.
