The Market Street Oyster in South Jordan is a classic Oyster Bar, in the same fine tradition as the Oyster Bar locations in Downtown and Cottonwood-a concept launched in 1981.The Oyster Bar offers the widest selection of fresh oysters in the state along with a bountiful offering of fresh seafood and non-seafood menu choices. The Oyster Bar is the popular location of choice for dining and conversation. Six to eight varieties of fresh oysters are offered daily, including the Alaska Sterling oyster, which is available exclusively in the western United States only at the Oyster Bar.
