Review on Mecure Haydcock Hotel, Beechers Restaurant
Situated in landscaped grounds not far from Haydock racecourse, this purpose-built modern hotel, the Mecure Haydock Hotel with its Beechers Restaurant has been designed with a Georgian theme in mind.
The main restaurant is on two levels and menus follow the modern international style of rustic terrine of marinated pork with winter vegetables, roast duck breast served on onion and red wine jus, then peppered strawberry mousse with mango sauce.
Lighter meals are served in the Lounge Bar and Conservatory Bistro (expect things like Caesar salad, tuna melt and muffins).
