MONARCH Restaurant has two dining concepts under one roof. The larger portion of the space is designated to the Southern inspired casual dining and bar experience anchored by dishes found in New Orleans that more closely reflect the culinary heritage of the two-time James Beard Nominated Executive Chef, Josh Galliano, a native of Louisiana. MONARCH also features an upscale dining experience in a newly transformed eighty seat intimate dining room.
The menu offers both "Southern Inspired" items including Gumbo, Corn Fried Oyster Salad, Praline Bacon, Crawfish Bread, Shrimp & Grits and a Creole Spiced Flat Iron Steak, while also offering ingredient-driven, "Modern American Cuisine". This new concept serves casual foodies and music enthusiasts alike.
