Review on The Stackpole Inn
The award winning Stackpole Inn is found within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is a real hidden culinary treasure of Pembrokeshire. Just 15 minutes walk from beauty spots such as Barafundle Bay and Stackpole Quay, The Stackpole Inn offers both bed and breakfast as well as an acclaimed pub restaurant which has been voted the 2011 "Best food experience Pembrokeshire" by Pembrokeshire tourism. In 2010 The Stackpole Inn was voted the Western Telegraph readers choice restaurant of the year.
The menu might start with home cured Scandinavian gravadlax with a cucumber salad and lemon before moving onto perhaps seared rump of Welsh lamb or wild sea bass with fennel and saffron risotto. Finish with traditional jam roly poly or baked rhubarb and custard served with a shortbread biscuit.
