Meals are served in the spectacular Purple Sage restaurant, a split-level dining room dominated by spiralling mosaics and hand-painted frescoes.
Diners can look forward to confident modern European dishes along the lines of beef medallions with polenta cake, red onion jam and port jus or monkfish on the bone with slow-roast fennel, butter-tossed beetroot and balsamic jus. Vegetarians do well here, while the choice of classic desserts might run to Baileys cheesecake or apple and cinnamon tart. The food is matched by a varied international wine list.
