The restaurant Granada in the Kongresshotel Europe in Stuttgart welcomes guests with both regional and international cuisine in keeping with the local Swabian style. On the extensive menu, you will find traditional Swabian marinated pot roast in a Trollinger-grape sauce, served with red cabbage and handmade Swabian noodles, or different types of Swabian pasta squares (filled with meat and spinach) produced in-house, alongside more modern dishes such as poached spined loach filet in a white wine mousse with romanesco vegetables and black-white rice, or piccata, coated in egg and parmesan, served with tomato and basil spaghetti.
