Review on Restaurant Hegel Eins
The Hegel Eins is a museum restaurant which has a breezy feel to it. The dining area has a very high ceiling and over the bar you will see the stuffed head of a wild boar. At each end of the bar metal candlesticks that look like antlers complete the picture. The wood shingle wall with steel fireplace, two finely engraved black designer chandeliers and a thick brocade curtain create an impressive mix of styles. The restaurant is very popular with museum visitors and local residents. The menu which is clad in animal skin offers a decent selection of dishes. The staff are down-to-earth and speak a number of languages, and the wine selection is good.
