Located in the Relais and Chateaux, Park Hotel Weggis, you can dine in Restaurant Sparks under the sparkling chandelier set with crystals, amidst the elegant marble pillars. Tables in the art nouveau dining room are prettily laid with flickering candles and you will be very comfortable in the resplendent red velvet chairs.
Chef Florian Gilges is in charge of the daily changing menu where Swiss cuisine is top of the agenda. Look for imaginative starters such as crème brûlée of turnip cabbage with smoked salmon from Neuheim, followed by a main course of veal steak with apple, celery and truffle, finishing with a dessert of rice pudding cream, Kirsch and nougat. A pedigree award winning wine list of over 2600 references adds lustre to the whole experience. In summer there is a veranda and terrace with beautiful views of the lake and towards the Alps.
