Gerard Scollan and Billy Reilly, have been in the Catering/Special events business for over twenty years and are the owners of Lovin' Oven Celebrations. Lovin' Oven is the food service provider at eight elegant locations, including the renowned Land's End in Sayville and Flowerfield in St. James.
