In the Landhaus Diedert, guests are welcomed with internationally inspired delicacies and regional produce. The kitchen chefs put together a seasonal menu of the highest quality, fresh and ripe produce. You are able to choose between, for example, Saltimbocca made from veal ribs in a Barolo wine jus with roasted Sugo (Italian sauce) of Mediterranean vegetables and baby potatoes cooked in their skins, fried sea bass fillets with Asian flavoured and sugared vegetables, covered in soy sauce, on a bed of herb rice, or homemade sorbet with prosecco. In addition to the gourmet delights, guests can choose from a selection of more than 120 wines from a richly varied wine menu throughout the evening. On warm days, you can also find enjoyment and excitement on the garden terrace, or in the exclusive lounge area.
