Review on Dorta
The Dorta restaurant is housed in a 500 year old building with many of the original wood beams and walls, located in the small village of Zuog, thirty minutes from St. Moritz. There is a wood oven used to bake bread, and two ancient machines used to slice air dried beef. The local speciality is capuns, a meat dumpling filled with spinach. There is an international wine list as well as grappa on offer and the restaurant has a very buzzy atmosphere.
