Review on Filini
Filini is an Italian restaurant in the Radisson Blu Hotel with its cutting-edge design, the only hotel with direct access to the airport terminals of Zürich International. The restaurant has a chic trendy interior, designer Matteo Thun lends his inventive touch to the fabric design, and the two crystal chandeliers were created by the Designers Guild.
Expect traditional Italian specialties such as beef fillet carpaccio with rocket and parmigiano reggiano or prosciutto di Parma with melon and Tuscany bread amongst the starters. Follow on with mains of spaghetti with marinated octopus and artichokes or beef fillet medallion gratinated with gorgonzola,
sage and rosemary jus. To finish there are tempting desserts such as pannacotta with marinated berries or chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream.
