Restaurant Heugümper located in the heart of Zurich, a few steps from Paradeplatz is owned by restaurateurs Pamela und Marco Pfoster. They have created an inviting restaurant with an elegant and chic décor.

René Suter mans the stoves and his menu delights with its culinary intelligence and diversity, together with the beautiful visual presentation of the dishes. Look for scallops on lemongrass risotto and a grapefruit mustard sauce amongst the starters, followed by a main course of rack of lamb on Asian spiced ratatouille with mango polenta. Tempting desserts close the show with a warm chocolate cake with coconut Malibu sorbet or brandy nut pudding with tonka bean ice cream. The wine list is packed with challenging, exciting stuff featuring some rare vintages.
