Typical offerings from seasonal dinner menu might include pressed terrine of Borders rabbit and Perthshire trompette mushrooms with gooseberry relish, fillet of Inverurie beef with celeriac purée, girolles and roasted marrow, plus desserts such as Selkirk bannock and lemon curd pudding with millionaire shortbread ice cream.
